Pastors Tom and Bonnie Deuschle, have served the body of Christ for 30 years in Zimbabwe and have built one of the largest and most dynamic multiracial ministries in Southern Africa – Celebration Ministries International. Pastor Tom is known the world over for his practical teaching on issues of reformation through kingdom influence. The message God has given him is best described in the ministries mission statement: ‘Building People Building Dreams’, and ‘Transforming Lives and Reforming Nations’. He is an apostolic leader and uses his influence not only in the church but in the spheres of business and government. Pastor Tom mentors many around the world in dynamic, principle-based leadership. The message of reformation is purposefully implemented in the lives of congregation members in the various domains that they find themselves in- anything from education, health, business to governance. The Deuschles are founders of Kingdom Celebration Music, Celebration Learning Centre, Celebration College, Celebration Media (also known as Kingdom Celebration Media), Celebration Health and Celebrate Life their TV ministry. In all their endeavors they have pursued, the idea of leaving a legacy for their children to build on has been paramount. One such endeavor, Kingdom Celebration Music is directed by Pastor Bonnie, who’s music has been produced and sung around the world and is well known in Africa. After receiving a lifetime achievement award as a pioneer of Gospel Music in Africa she has gone on to produce both personal, choir and instrumental music albums with their own unique and distinct sound, a fusion of African rhythm and chant blended with Pastor Bonnie’s contemporary, classical vocal style has characterized her work. Kingdom Celebration Music has published and marketed the songs written by Pastor Bonnie, the Celebration Choir and other local musicians and now has new offerings being produced by Tom III (the eldest) and Jonathan, who is currently studying music in London.A new genre of songs and music has already begun to be experienced in praise and worship and concert performances as KCM reaches out to the next generation. All five Deuschle children sing and minister with their parents around the world and are each contributing to the music and arts domain with their unique gifts and talents. Recently Ben and the Hip Hop dance group he dances with were asked to perform in Cape Town and at the unveiling of the World Cup trophy in Zimbabwe. They have been asked to dance at the opening ceremonies of the World Cup Soccer tournament to be held next year in South Africa. Pastors Tom and Bonnie have touched the world with their apostolic and prophetic gifting and their strong commitment to the call of God on their lives. Their ministry is housed in the Celebration Centre in Harare Zimbabwe, a world class facility designed and built under their vision. Both Pastors Tom and Bonnie have authored many books. Titles they have published under their own media company, Kingdom Celebration Media are “Building People, Building Dreams”, “Surgical Prayer”, and “The Great Connection. Their teaching ministry is in demand around the world. Yet their focus continues to be equipping people in their local churches for success in life. Their ministry byline is “building people, building dreams” and many would attest to the accuracy of that statement. They have more than 45,000 people under their care in Zimbabwe and around the world, with churches in the United Kingdom, Ireland, South Africa, Botswana, Kenya, Malaysia, Australia, and Mozambique just to name a few. Their message of reformation has been extended and is impacting many areas of life beyond the local church. With the current downturn in the world economy, and the hardships many are facing, the experiences and lifestyle that has been birthed from the ministry seem to be a word in season for many around the world. Pastors Tom and Bonnie believe that all they have learned and worked through over the last 30 years of ministry have just prepared them to initiate what God has called them to do around the world.
