The Pacific Institute Celebration Ministries International ispartners with the official facilitator of The Pacific Institute (TPI) courses throughout Sub-Saharanin Africa. Pastor Tom believes that TPI courses are some of the best tools that can help transform lives and reform societies. In particular the TPI Investment in Excellence course is arguably the best tool in the area of cognitive psychology as it helps us understand how the mind works and in so doing we discover practical insights in how to renew it. Cognitive Psychology is an area in psychology that investigates the internal mental processes of thought such as visual processing, memory, problem solving, and language. Celebration Ministries has gone onea step further by taking the TPI message and aligning it with biblical values. Pastor Adeline Sibanda manages the business concern of the program independently from the ministry although CMI facilitates the program events and activities. The aim is to conduct TPI investment in excellence courses in every country where there is a Celebration Church. Several high profile businesspeople, government official and even generals from the Zimbabwe Defence Forces have gone through the program and demand continues to grow. Currently there are two courses, the TPI The Investment in Excellence Course is geared towards that is designed for adults and PX2 that is designed for young peoplethose between the ages of 13 to 27.
