The Celebration International Missions ministry is the church planting arm of the ministry. To date Missions has raised up churches throughout Zimbabwe focusing on major cities and towns throughout the nation. Internationally growth has gained traction in the United States of America, in London with two more campus’ in Maidenhead and Stevenage. Most recently pastors have begun to establish the church in Malaysia, Kenya, and Dubai.
Evangelism outreaches are ongoing activities that are carried out on college and university campuses with a view in mind of planting churches. Events are hosted in cities or towns directing new believers and seekers to home churches or cell groups. Celebration church members that move to countries without established Celebration churches are also encouraged to work through Missions ministry in establishing cell groups and carry our reformation message wherever they go. Missions ministry often follow our disciples lead in identifying potential areas for their outreach activities.
As cell groups and house churches expand and multiply they are soon ready to gather as a church. Evangelism outreaches broaden their reach into communities and create a platform for launching a new church. Teams of cell members and trained pastors from the Missions team, and other outreach focused ministries within CMI such as Celebration Health and Celebration Music often collaborate in making up the church planting team. Once a church has been planted a trained Pastor remains with the newly gathered flock and spearheads a pre-defined strategy for establishing the church as the basis for a strong word based culture of reformation in the area.
